Subject Changes
Can I change subjects once I have enrolled?
Yes, but you must do so by the census date, or face financial and other penalties.
Subject census dates can be found by looking at your current Enrolment Record, or if it is a semester long subject it will most likely have a standard census date. Please note that some subjects, such as the intensives, have non-standard census dates. Contact the OEP for more information.
How do I change subjects?
If you wish to add or withdraw from subjects, you must submit a subject change form to the OEP by the individual subject census dates.
Please note that if you are withdrawing from subjects, and you will no longer be enrolled in any subjects in that semester, you must apply to go on leave of absence for that semester.
