100 point Master of Environment (441 MS)

The 100 point Master of Environment provides students with flexibility to design a course that best suits a students academic background, interests and career aspirations. There are two enrolment options, students can either choose to follow one of nine specialist streams of study or the tailored program.

You will gain entry to the Master of Environment (100 points) if you have:
•A relevant four or five-year undergraduate degree at Honours level; or
• a relevantundergraduate degree AND at least two years relevant work or professional experience. Applicants must provide documented evidence of employment and this must be in the form of a letter from their employer on official letterhead, stating the time period over which the applicant was employed and a description of the duties performed; or
• completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Environment and achieved an average of 70% or above; or
• completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Environment, achieved an average grade of 70% or more and have at least one year of relevant work experience.

100 (equivalent to eight subjects, one year of full time study)

Subjects levels available

Masters 500 level or above with approval from your appointed academic advisor

Availability

Part time (generally considered to be equal to 25 points, two subjects per semester) or Full time (3-4 subjects per semester)

 

For successful completion of the Master of Environment award students are required to achieve an average of 70% or above in the remaining 100 points. If a student does not achieve a 70% average mark after 100 points of study they may exit the program with a Postgraduate Diploma.
